FESTIVAL OF DECLARATION OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THE PEN IN THE LUNAR NEW YEAR IN DAI TUE PAGODA Festival of Declaration of the first publication of the pen in the Lunar New Year in Dai Tue Pagoda is an annual activity of the Executive Board of Nghe An Buddhist Church, indicating respect for traditional cultural values, intellectual development, and education for next generation about the tradition of studiousness and Revered Master. After the part of ceremony, the older monks and nuns, the provincial leaders held a ceremony to open the pen, first publication, and issuance of publication for tourists from all over the world. The organization board arrange many writing places for visitors. The soft, flexible handwriting contains in it the wishes of a favorable, lucky and peaceful new year, expressing the respect between the giver and the receiver. The ceremony "Festival of Declaration of the first publication of the pen, praying for wisdom" takes place from now to the March 10th of the lunar month, with many meaningful cultural activities such as: Peach blossom festival, lotus festival in Nghe land, etc will bring to visitors the ideal spring travel space in the first days of the new year.
