Truong Ta Temple, also known as Tien Canh Temple, belongs to Truong Tien block, Hung Binh ward, Vinh city, built during the Le Trung Hung period to worship Vinh citadel's two emperors, Nguyen Viet Nhung and Nguyen Viet Phu. At Truong Ta Temple, on the 14th, people hold a ritual and prepare to decorate processions, drums, gongs, costumes, etc. On the morning of the 15th, the entire village's people dressed in formal attire followed the procession to participate in the village festival. The village festival takes place in 3 days and attracts a large number of people in the region.

Nowadays, the ancient rituals are gradually being restored by the People. Truong Ta temple is increasingly becoming an important cultural and spiritual place in the lives of local people.
