Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai's memorial house is on Quang Trungstreet, Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, which is located in a spacious campus with an area of 2,400m2 including a memorial house, a management and reception house, and ancillary items. The space of the memorial area is airy. The ground is arranged in two parts, the outer area includes fences, gates, lawns and trees with the highlight being the 4.5m high statue of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai arranged in front, memorial house and gallery in the inner area.

The statue of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is cast in bronze according to the type of portrait statue placed on a high pedestal, depicting the image of a charming young woman in a long-dress, with a melodious step full of mettle. Right hand clenched, left arm raised to hold a book, delicate face with intelligent eyes, full of temperament. The statue exudes the image, charisma, gentle and pure beauty but also full of bravery and courage, full of love for her homeland and country.

Behind the statue is a memorial house with traditional architecture, in the form of the letter Dinh. The frame of the house is made of wood-imitation concrete with a roof tile and a brick foundation. The memorial house consists of the gallery in the front along with a cozy and sacred altar in the back. Two houses are built in a block. The interior here is designed, decorated, beautiful art, with a harmonious combination of traditional decoration style with modern display art. Through photos, artifacts, documents, maps, excerpts, paintings illustrating historical events, visitors can partly understand the life and glorious revolutionary career of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (Former Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the South - Secretary of the Party Committee of Saigon - Cho Lon), from being born with a childhood full of personality, a youth filled with tireless activities both at home and abroad (China, Soviet Union)... to a proud, glorious death.

Since its inauguration and put into use, the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is the place to welcome many delegations from inside and outside the province to visit and study traditions; is the place to organize many activities to celebrate the birth and death of famous people; is a familiar and meaningful address on the occasion of admission of new members and union members of primary schools and secondary schools in the province.
