Festival of Saint Yen Lam at Ha Ma temple, Vinh City Ha Ma temple, also known as Yen Lam temple in block 4, Truong Thi ward, is the place where 4 gods are worshiped together Saints: Yen Lam, Ly Lam, Mat Hau and Hong Phuc - a native of Thuong village, Yen Dung commune, Yen Truong, Hung Nguyen. The gods were all loyalists of the Le dynasty, according to the mandarin Dong Nhung to defeat the Mac army and established many merits, contribute to helping the Le family for start-ups. Ha Ma temple has an area of 1,200m2, including 2 halls: Upper hall and Lower hall with architecture in the shape of the letter "Nhi". At the temple, there are still many ancient artifacts such as caskets, dragon thrones, tablets, etc., and traditional customs, contributing to preserving the traditional cultural identity in the heart of the modern city, in which including the Ha Ma temple festival. The temple festival takes place on 12 September every year at the Lunar calendar. This is also the date of death of Saint Yen Lam. The scale of the festival is at the ward level with 2 parts: the ceremony part and the festival part. The ceremony took place solemnly with the process including: the reporting ceremony on the evening of 11 September at the lunar calendar, the main ceremony taking place at noon on 12 September at the lunar calendar, and the thanksgiving ceremony is held in the afternoon of the same day. The festival part is relatively simple, only organizing some sports activities such as volleyball competition, chess game.

People's Committee of Nghe An province had a decision to recognize Ha Ma temple as a provincial historical and cultural relic on 06 September 2011. This is a meaningful destination in the journey of tourists when visiting Vinh city.
