QUY LINH TEMPLE

Quy Linh Temple, located in Quynh Luong commune (Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province), is considered as a treasure of spiritual culture of Quynh Luu people. Quy Linh Temple is located at the foot of Quy Linh Mountain, with the main face facing the sea, looking very beautiful. The temple was built during the Tran Dynasty to worship Four Female Saints.

Currently, there are still 8 ordinations, 15 woodblocks (kanji text carved on a wooden plate) "Holy Mother Linh Tiem", worship literature and many other relics at the temple. With these historical values,  Quy Linh Temple was ranked in 2014 as a provincial historical relic by the Provincial People's Committee. Since then, the locality has organized a big festival every year, attracting thousands of tourists inside and outside the province to offer incense at the temple.

Besides, Quynh Luong has restored many folk games, expanded cultural and sports exchanges, so it has attracted a large number of people inside and outside the commune to participate. At the same time, the commune also focuses on improving the professional activities of the temple management board in keeping the original records with full information of the monument, in order to serve the rresearch and introduction of tourism. Along with that, make a notebook, update information on the addition of artifacts, worshiping objects, statues... design documents during the restoration and restoration process, serving the protection of the monument.
